Middleton History Sale

The Middleton Historical Society once again is selling, in bulk or singles, its 2012 Calendar featuring historical pictures of Middleton. The calendars are very suitable for your holiday mailing or gift giving, with space to print the name of your business.

Each is attractively priced at $6.00. The proceeds support the good work of the Society. Look for supplies at the Northshore Bank, Art of Framing, Middleton Electric, Flint Library, Town Hall, the Senior Center and many other locations about Town. To order in bulk, you may call the Town Clerk.

Chief Will's Day 2011

Worthy of a Scholarship ...

The MBOT is very proud to announce that henceforth it will annually award the Francis "Mike" Clifford Scholarship at North Shore Technical High School! Stephen Raftery, of Middleton, is the very first recipient.

Mike was a long-time Middleton business person, owner of E.A. Stevens Insurance and one of the most major supporters of all that the Middleton Board of Trade accomplished over these many years. Mike was always a big enthusiast of youth sports and accomplishments. And any one that knew him, knew that a young person who learned the trades and was local was more his kind than all others, unless of course if they could roll a good cigar!

The MBOT annually awards four scholarships to matriculating Middleton students, based on need and post-secondary studies: two at Masconomet Regional High School and two at North Shore Technical High School.
